Due to many requests, I will be teaching cooking again and found a nicely equipped venue with gas stoves (hurrah). We will be given a tour of the fish market and Japanese supermarket before we start the class. Expect to learn 2-3 new dishes that you can easily replicate at home and impress your guests.

Each student will have their own individual stations and can dine with others to compare notes. Feel free to bring takeaway boxes too

Drinks will be served.
